If an order isn't delivered

Last updated 6 October 2026. Written to be read. If anything is unclear, write to us.

Draft. This page is being reviewed by our lawyer before reservations open. The substance won't change; the wording might.

Every funded campaign promises a delivery month. Most delays are short and the maker tells you why. This page covers what happens when an order is late, can't be made, or never arrives.

Updates while you wait

Makers must post an update at least every 14 days until every order has shipped. If they miss two in a row, we contact them, and tell you what we learn.

Late

If your order hasn't shipped within 30 days after the end of the promised delivery month, you can ask for a full refund by writing to us from the email on your account. You can also choose to keep waiting.

Can't be made

If the maker tells us they can't deliver, every backer who hasn't received their order is refunded in full, including shipping.

Lost or damaged in transit

Tell us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery, with a photo if it arrived damaged. The maker replaces it or refunds you.

Who pays

The maker is the seller, so refunds are paid by the maker through their Razorpay account, within 7 working days of approval. If a maker doesn't respond within 7 days, we escalate it and help you raise it with Razorpay and, if needed, the consumer helpline.

What we do about it

Every delivery date, kept or missed, stays on the maker's record and is shown on their future campaigns. A maker who doesn't deliver can't launch again.
